Shipping Policy

We currently ship across Egypt, with international shipping available on request.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time

Cairo and Giza: 1–3 business days. Other governorates: 3–5 business days.

Packaging

Raw materials are shipped in sealed, light-protected vials appropriate to the quantity ordered. Perfumes are shipped in protective boxes to prevent breakage in transit.

You can track your order status at any time from your account's order history page. We'll also email you whenever your order status changes.
