By using the Azari website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Accounts

You must verify your email address before your first login. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

Orders and payment

Orders paid via manual methods (Vodafone Cash, Etisalat Cash, InstaPay, Bank Transfer) are marked pending until we confirm receipt of payment against the proof you provide. We reserve the right to reject a payment proof that cannot be verified.

Product accuracy

Raw materials are natural products; batch-to-batch variation in color and scent intensity is normal and not a defect. Product photos are representative, not exact.

Reviews

Only customers with a confirmed purchase of a specific product may leave a review for that product.

Limitation of liability

Azari is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Essential oils and absolutes are highly concentrated — always dilute appropriately and perform a patch test before skin contact.
